Buying or selling a home, is an important business and personal decision. Naturally, you want to choose the right agent.
Originally born in Nashville,I grew up in the Hillsboro Village and Green Hills area of Nashville. I've also lived in the Franklin/ Brentwood area, and since 2002 have lived in Murfreesboro. This gives me a tremendous overview of some of the most desirable areas to live in Middle Tennessee.
Prior to working as a real estate agent, I lived in New York City. For twenty years I worked in the fast paced field of magazine publishing as a photo editor for Men's Health, Yahoo! Internet Life, Woman's Day, and Sports Illustrated where I worked on award winning stories with photographers, editors, stylist, and celebrities. On a daily basis I represented my clients in creative, contractual and financial negotiations to ensure that my clients got what they wanted at the best price possible and with the terms they needed.
As my client, I'll be putting all these skills and more to work for you! These skills are one reason I am one of the top producing sales agents in my office since I came to Keller Willliams.
On a personal note, one of my priorities is to be involved in the growth of my community. Below is a list of the groups and events I've donated my time and financial support to in 2007 and 2008.
KW Cares (Keller Williams Cares), Heritage Partnership of Rutherford County, Oaklands Historic House Museum, Beesley Humane Foundation, Murfreesboro Arts Journey,Main Street Downtown Revitalization, Special Kids Tennessee, the DAR, Rutherford County Domestic Violence Shelter, The Food Bank, and St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
In 1999 was able to fulfill a childhood dream of owning a historic house when I finally purchased a classic Victorian house built in 1896 and located in the heart of Murfreesboro's Historic District. My son attends Middle TN State University. We have one pet, named Gracie, who came from the Westie Rescue Foundation. In August of 2007 I moved my license to Keller Williams and have lived happily ever after.
Please visit the section of letters from my past clients if you want to know how others felt about working with me.
If you want to know about our area, or have questions on selling a home, please feel free to call me any time. I am look forward to hearing from you by phone or email !
Sincerely,
Gail Henry
